The original drawer latches in our motorhome have started to break and give out. Reckon that’s to be expected after 20 years. When looking for replacements I ran across these which are the same as my cabinet door latches. They are study and hold good. Installation is a bit tricky. Just install one piece, mark and align the second piece and wha la! There it is. Sort of like work but for sure not magic. Recommended.

Amazon is a Good source for DYI RV parts.It takes some skill to install properly butno hard if you're careful.

Although these units are very easy to install, they are not as sturdy as I had hoped. I’m using them in my mobile dog grooming van. I have many cupboards and drawers. They do work however, those are used in drawers. Don’t always keep the doors closed and those are used on cupboard doors are sometimes difficult to open and close.

Replaced existing broken one with new on 2002 Monoco Dynasty. The hook part is a little larger than existing however, they will work fine with existing latch if they are not broke.
