Directions for use
1. Clean the area around the nipple and dry the area thoroughly. If there is hair on the nipple, remove the hair before using the cover. (Hair can stick and hurt!)
2. Remove the adhesive tape from the film.
3. Place the adhesive tape over the nipple for 3 - 5 seconds to allow for an easy fit, hold it against the skin for a snug fit.

It is a disposable product. Please do not reuse the product after the first installation.

Ok, so these patches actually provide decent protection if you are a runner/cycler/whatever and you suffer from chafing. Visual reduction of "prominence" is probably about 80%.But if you have a hairy chest, be prepared to rip out some hairs when removing.

these create a nice layer to protect your sensitive nipples while running, etc. They are super thin so you don't feel like you have a giant band-aid on your chest.
