I've been using these for a few years. They stick very well through long runs and do their job protecting the nipples from chafing. Even hold on well in very wet conditions. Might try the size up (3.5cm) next purchase.

These patches are super sticky! Getting them off took lots of effort and caused more than a little discomfort. And what was I left with? Sore nipples! As far as getting the job done, they do just fine. But not worth the pain that they caused when taking them off. I used one pair; I won't make the same mistake twice. I wish I hadn't bought these, because I won't use them again. Be kind to yourself and avoid these.

I use this when running long distances or doing speed intervals work on threadmill and my life became so much more comfortable since.

Very comfortable and extremely efficient against runners nipple chafing. Can be removed easily by applying few isopropyl or ethyl alcohol drops between the patch and the skin.

So far I've done runs up to 11 miles and not had them come off. Much better feeling at the end of a long run than before I had these!

I am a long distance runner who has tried many types of nipple chafe solutions. Bandages/Patches like these are the only things that really work and this product here is the cheapest ones that work that I have tried. The pairs are very thin so can be veryeasily stored in a wallent or under a phonecase. in your sock or under your headband. For the frequent long distance runner, this product is a staple for sure. give it a try, may be too small for larger than average areoles

Hubby used these for the first time today. He said they worked well. No chaffing. They didn't move during his run (7 miles). Came off easily- less sticky than a band aid

I bought this for my boyfriend who's a long a distance runner. He had run out of another brand so we thought we would give this one a try. Seeing the good reviews, I opted to buy two right away, which turned out to be a big mistake. He had told me that the first time he tried them on, they wouldn't even stick properly to his skin. The ends of the stickers stand out so you can see them through his shirt and they look nothing like the pictures! I'm really sad to have spent $30 on something that does not remotely work the way they were described :(
