This machine got my kids off their video games and into a fun, active hobby. They love the music and lights, and I love that they’re staying fit. It’s a win-win for the whole family!

My son has an in-home gym and works out regularly. I got this for him to add to his equipment and he loves it. It provides a good workout and seems fun. I like that it includes an adjustable headband and I like that it has varying levels of difficulty. I think it's reasonably priced and I'm happy with it.

This Boxing Reflex Ball set is suprisingly fun, very engaging and tests your reflexes. This is a great way to get kids (and adults too) to focus while working on hand/eye coordination, reflexes, timing and accuracy. The headband is an adjustable strap that fits any size (adult or child) and the string ties around a loop in the front of the headband. It's pretty straightforward, but the string length takes a little more work to figure out. For the price, you get 1 headband with 3 balls of varying weights. Have only tried the level 1 ball so far. I liked this kit and thought it was very fun and engaging. Can't beat the price.

If your an actual boxer you probably already moved along. However as toy its functional. It's made well enough, size of each ball is good & the elastic is okay. Even the headband is built well I suppose. Each ball has its own string so if one breaks your not completely out. Each ball is a little harder than the last. I found the middle one easiest. If one comes back at ya & nails you in the face ( which is likely lol ) it's not going to hurt.Your getting some good bang for the buck here. It's a great way to practice boxing or just have a little fun. I have seen people use products like this as a boxing exercise, so it's not out of the realm of possibility it can be... I'm just not sure those ppl used this one. With some adjustments you should be able to have a good experience.

These are so fun. I got a few of them and we were all punching them trying to get the highest repetition. Adults and kids alike were having fun. It was a hit. A good workout and good practice for reflexes. If you miss, you could possibly get a ball to your face, so that's good incentive not to miss, lol. We all had a great time with it and I'm taking it out (with supervision for the kids who like to pull on it to break it) whenever there's a family gathering.

If you're looking to increase your hand eye coordination, this is the tool for you. It has three different weights of balls and multiple ways of using them. If you need a low intensity workout, this will do that. If you need to increase your speed, reaction time and focus, this is going to help you achieve those goals. Keep at it daily, and you will see improvements starting within as little as one day. Don't be afraid to look silly. Keep your mind on the goal and go for it. Like anything, this is a tool and how you use it determines the outcome. Good luck!
