This ensures you have to put power behind your punch to register the hit. It is easy to follow the music and pattern, plus having the ability to mix it up is nice. You should get different gloves as the ones that come with the system are light weight and don’t fit the hand well.The Velcro held nicely on the wall and isn’t easy to pull off if you move. :(

I like that the boxing machine has sound and connects via bluetooth which allows for playing your own music. I appreciate that it levels up for a more aggressive workout. The design and material is safe, especially for kids, not allowing them to hurt their fists with boxing. It's great for kids, but adults may need something more.

How cool is this musical boxing machine to amp up your workouts making it fun and exciting to use! I love adding new ways to keep me motivated and engaged. This machine was easy to install and assemble. It comes with appliqués to stick on to the wall and then easily place device securely fixed onto your wall. Great sound quality and volume this is such a high quality item I’m obsessed with this being added to my daily workout routine

The unit is well constructed and pretty responsive to punches. Mounting it to a wall is a must, but I'm always loath to put anything adhesive on walls, so your mileage may vary on the best way to do so; it comes with velcro strips the glue on the wall... speaker is loud when you want it; the built in "music" you'll quickly want to turn off as it's repetitive nonsense, but luckily you can bluetooth connect to it. For my 9 year old to get some aggression out, it works just fine.
