As someone who used to do some MMA and still hits the bag for a good workout a few times a week, I gave this a go. I personally really like the concept and think it is a useful training tool, but it could use some improvements.💓 Things I love 👇🥊 It is super engaging and can be challenging when it speeds up.💪 It's definitely not for throwing haymakers, but it seems durable enough for going around 50%.🔟 Over 10 modes to choose from with 1 being a random mode, and the rest being combination work.🫱 Hand-eye coordination with this is great.📏 Adjustable height for the wall mount so the kids can also get in and use it.🔵 Bluetooth is nice, so you can workout to your own music.🧤 Comes with gloves which is always nice; however, they are pretty poor quality.🪛 Install is super quick and easy.🏷️ Price is better than other options.😐 Things I think could be improved upon 👇🤏 A little small, or rather smaller than I figured it would be. Could be bigger, with some slightly bigger pads to hit.🔘 To get the pads to recognize your punch, you have to hit them right in the center. It would require far less force and would be better if they were more responsive as a whole.🔊 Speaker quality is... not good.. and the music that comes on the machine is reminds me of an old pixelated game.🔌 Charging cable could be longer.💭 While the install is quick, make sure you put it where it'll stay for a long time as it uses some strong double-sided tape No telling how your wall will look when pulling it off.👶 The noises for when you hit the correct or hit the incorrect pads seem to be geared for kids.⭐ Overall I have to take two stars off, as the way it is advertised and the way it looks gives it the appearance that it is or could be a really valuable piece of equipment for the gym, but truthfully it pains me to say it lacks in areas that would make this something amazing. In its current state, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this for parents with kids getting into boxing, exercise, or just working on moving their body in conjunction with their mind.

This was a very fun exercise equipment in our home. It sound great it is very functional it helps get the kids off the couch is very light we bolted our flat against the wall with no issues. It is very durable I think It handles punches with no issue I have all the kids I watch asking their parents for one now.

This is a tough one for me; I like the idea and I like that it does give you a good workout, but in the end this is more of a toy than a serious workout tool. I guess I'm saying I feel it should be marketed to kids a bit more than it is. That being said, it's also not expensive, so how much can I really expect?I would buy this as a gift for kids, but not more than that. The speakers a noticeably cheap and the sounds are also cheesy. The punching lights do not time with the beat, which is what I would like to see. And for being able to connect to bluetooth so as to play your own "beats" on it, the sound quality can't exactly play any "beats".So for the price in the high 30's of dollars it's not a ripoff, but understand that this is more for the kids.It mounts to the wall with two large strips/sets of velcro which stick to the device and the wall. Effective? Yes. But will your paint be left on the wall after it hangs for a while and you try to remove it? Dunno.Buyer beware on this item. It may be better to spend more on a higher quality version, but do your homework!

I really like this and feel it is extra motivating to stay in the workout. You don't just listen to the music but you punch to the beat/lights on this thing. I think this is a great idea for getting more out of your boxing work outs and the light movement switches it up for you. I am very glad I have it. I recommend it.
