I wanted to track BP and it does a decent job after you calibrate it with a cuff or in a doctor office. As I continually check the ring against my cuff result, it does a good job on the diastolic number but the upper number is always off by 10-20 points. However I will probably keep it as a relative reference to warn me of a significant change. It counts steps, heart rate, blood oxygen and sleep. Don’t expect anything else at least with SmartHealth app which they recommend. It’s comfortable on my index finger but I don’t like it to rub against any other ring. I got the rose gold but not very rose in the gold. If i could find a ring that tracks blood glucose levels I would pay whatever it costs. But I don’t think any ring could do that.

BEWARE: The instructions are in every possible language but English. After getting frustrated I saw there was an area where I could scan. Also it keeps referring to download the app but it doesn’t tell you what the name of the app is. I’m happy once I got it working but it took a few frustrating hours.

Perfect. Runs perfectly and tracks fairly accurately the information I need to track.It goes in the pool with me at least 3x a week to do water aerobics.This ring does a credible job of monitoring BP.

Very easy to wear, discreet and attractive. Remembering to charge every 3 days is a hassle but doable. The app that you have to use is free and easy to use. I greatly appreciate it.

Battery life seems good so far. Friend feature is a day off and doesn’t include the sleep function. Sleep tracking does not pick up naps. You can not adjust length like I can with my watch. It’s good for a cheap product. Fit is off from normal ring sizes though.

Awesome ring. Charge hold is at 56% on day 3 of full time use. Sleep tracking, steps, heart rate are all accurate. Price certainly beats the name brand! I am (middle finger and index) size 7 but with this I got a size 8 and it fits perfectly
