This smart ring fits really well—comfortable enough to wear all day without noticing it too much. Getting it out of the case is surprisingly tricky, though, which is a little frustrating. The biggest issue is how sensitive it is—while that sounds great, it actually leads to inaccuracies, especially when tracking steps and heart rate. The app itself is fine—easy enough to navigate—but nothing particularly impressive. Overall, a decent fitness ring if you don’t mind occasional tracking errors.

heart rate monitor works well, sleep tracker works well, comfortable if you get the sizing correctSteps counter is worthless. Sorry to be so blunt but it's true. It's waaay too sensitive.But I mainly bought it to track quality of sleep. But the gyro being so sensitive makes me question whether the data is accurate. So I'll keep it for now and keep testing.2 stars because it doesn't work as advertised.There should be a setting that makes the gyro less sensitive regarding steps. But the same sensitivity with sleep.
