The set up is real easy, the build quality is ok, the sound quality is good. The reason for the 2 stars is that the punch sensors are extremely hard, my kids cant cause them to go off, i have to punch them incredibly hard even to register one punch, the sensors don't seem to be working. other than that everything else works fine and we can still use it, it just doesn't count the punches or misses which is a bummer. Perhaps i just got a bad one, but i wouldn't recommend this product.

A kids toy more than a training tool. I attached this to a piece of plywood attached to 4x4 post in the ground that the heavy bag hung from and every time I hit it I felt like it was gonna break. I was never able to get the bluetooth to work but the box came pretty damaged so that may have caused an issue. I wouldn't attach this to a wall that you cared about the paint because the adhesive would rip the paint off when removing.
