I ordered this PAPAISON 2025 Smart Music Boxing Machine with Gloves, Wall-Mounted Bluetooth Electronic Boxing Trainer, LED Screen Punching Target for Home Gym, Office Stress Relief for my family to use this winter as an indoor exercise activity.We’re all still in the learning curve on this, but having a ton of fun. In fact, we’re trying to figure out how to mount it out in the yard, so we have more room to really work on this target.It’s kind of a cliche, but sometimes punching something (safely, in a non destructive way) can release a lot of tension. When we were kids, my mom used to hand my brother a pillow to punch… if that didn’t do the trick, she’d have him run laps around the block. When my husband, teenage son, and I were feeling restless this winter, I remembered the pillow punching, and shortly afterwards, I saw this boxing trainer.Everyone’s got a lot of tension lately, right? Why not work off a little by practicing boxing? This kit had everything we needed to start basic boxing technique. We looked up a few YouTube videos to make sure we didn’t hurt our hands, and got to it.This kit has two major components; a pair of light boxing gloves and an electronic, light up trainer with pads you hit. The trainer can be connected to your phone with Bluetooth, so you can get into a good rhythm with your favorite tunes while trying to punch the flashing lights. It’s kind of like a giant game of SIMON, but with boxing gloves and electronic soft pads to connect with.The trainer has nine speeds and nine modes; we’re still working our way through them. I’m lagging behind my menfolk, but I’m also getting over spinal surgery in late December. They’ve been having a lot of fun with this, challenging each other to see who hits the target the most.The touch screen in the center of the trainer controls the experience. You can press the MODE button to change modes, the SPEED button to change the speeds. There’s an on/off button, a button to link to Bluetooth, and volume buttons.This also comes with a charging cord and a small instruction guide.We’re enjoying this a lot, but the one issue we had is the mounting strips. This came with sticky strips you attach to the back of the boxing trainer, and strips you stick on your wall. Then you attach the strips together to mount the trainer to a wall. We live in a landmarked house in a historic district in NYC; our house is older than the Brooklyn Bridge and still has the original plaster on many walls. The mounting strips weren’t an option for us. My husband works in entertainment engineering; he came up with a temporary rig for inside the house that can be moved from spot to spot. Now he’s trying to come up with a similar one for using this in our yard. It’s a puzzlement, but I’m sure he’ll figure it out.Given how often this thing is punched, I would have loved to see it come with more than one way to hang it up. The stickers will work, for a while, but they can damage walls, too.This is a lot of fun, our whole family is using it. It’s good for getting your heart rate up and pumping; it’s also pretty good for blowing off steam and reducing stress.

The LED screen guides your punches with a fervor only matched by a disco-crazed traffic controller. My only regret? Not buying two, so I could engage in a synchronized slugfest with my shadow. It's a knockout! Absolutely.

I enjoy this great workout 🏋️ easy to use and assembly on the wall, I feel the sound could be a bit louder and the size is ok. Easy instructions the gloves are comfortable 👍🏽

This works as it should.Bluetooth sound plays nice and easy.Only wish it had the holes on the back side for mounting it without using the Velcro.This system only allows for the Velcro mount, I don’t want to stick on big Velcro tape to my walls etc. might use a piece of wood to use for this purpose.
