I'm impressed with the OFELUMTIZE music boxing machine, which comes with boxing gloves. It's easy to install on any wall using damage-free options. The instructions were clear and simple, so we could start using it after setting it up. I tried the different functions to familiarize myself with how it works. This machine provides a great workout while also being entertaining, so you can have fun while exercising. The LED lights are a nice touch, and the various punching modes and speed options are beneficial. Definitely a good pick for home fitness

Now that my son is 15, it's harder to engage him. When I saw this, I thought it would be something he would be interested in away from video games or his phone. He and I both like it, and in a few minutes you can feel yourself getting warm from the workout.I like that the punching pads are kind of soft, and my son and my favorite is the sound when you miss a punch. I love the different levels and speeds. I definitely think this is a great gift for a teen to play around with with friends or to get a little extra exercise and hand-eye coordination in. I definitely recommend this
