Bought this to deal with deadspots in our home and boost our overall signal. It was pretty easy to set up. Just make sure you take all precautions to make sure your mode/router is configured properly to keep your home network secure.This definitely does the job while I figure a more permanent solution to the dead spots in my home.

Worked for the first 4 months I had it, now it doesn't work AT ALL. It still pops up a network, but zero internet flows through it. Have reset everything. When I connect to the extension networks it provides, no internet. Disconnect and connect to my weaker signal router, and internet immediatly.

I have recently moved to a new home and my old router is not enough to cover all of the home. but this extender helped me to have coverage in the dead zones, without spending extra money for a new router. I am very happy with it, it is fast and was easy to install.
