Overall this a solid quality option. Fun, Good Speed, and you can 'fit' another kiddo on the back. So much fun to get around on in the neighborhood! My son drives his sister to school with her on the back. They love it! I think it gives them an option to feel independent and get around to places close by in the neighborhood which is important as they get older. And my husband steals it from them whenever he gets the chance. He loves it too! He's a tall and big guy +200lbs, and this bike has had no problems being fast with him driving it and with my daughter on the back. Joy Ride:-)

The Bike broke after 5 months of light use.After just five months, the motor locked up several times while riding. The last incident occurred at full speed, causing me to skid out of control. Thankfully, I was in the bike lane and no cars were coming, but I nearly fell off. This could have led to a serious accident.To make matters worse, Tomofree’s customer service has been unhelpful. It took nearly a month to receive replacement parts, and when they finally arrived, they were poorly packaged and damaged, making them unusable. On top of that, they expect me to perform complex repairs without any prior experience or skill. Very disappointed with the quality and support.

The pedals don’t have a secure way of staying on. Phone holder doesn’t work well when it’s bumpy. Incorrect speedometer but when tested it can go 20 on flat grounds and 25-26 downhill. Takes about 5 seconds to reach max speed. Light isn’t that bright. Torque is ok. I recommend if you have a smaller budget because it’s very good for the price tag. But if you have over 700$ to spend. Don’t bother. Small load capacity. But horn is very loud. 6-7/10. Pretty nice. Mods are recommended.

This is my first ebike and I'm surprised how quick of a response the throttle is. Smooth riding and a comfortable seat. The T1 1500w with 16inch wheels is perfect for my needs of riding 5 miles one way to work. Lights are very visible and the 3 inch tire are pretty good on the snow. I wished I had gotten the 20 inch tires as the smaller tires are sensitive to the bumps and potholes and are a little harder to control but all in all a solid bike. It tops out at 26mph although it claims 30 mph....must be for someone who weighs under 185 pounds. I like my purchase and would recommend it to anyone.

This bike is built very well, packaged extremely good and is an excellent product . I would highly recommend this for anyone who is into e bikes or the outdoors. I have 2 of the 1000w 48v 20ah models. I am extremely pleased with the purchase

This bike is the perfect size of power, battery, and fat tires, the 16” rims make it so much more portable than bigger 20” fat tire ebikes, I can fit it in the backseat of my car easily with only folding the handlebars down. The 16” rim gives this bike a ton of torque, if you’re like me who read the Amazon page and thought no way this actually has a 1200w motor and goes almost 30mph( my max has been 27 with throttle only) but it actually does, the value here is crazy. Its the perfect fast portable little ripper bike.** a bike with this value and power and battery size does come with one caviat, if you twist the throttle too much too fast the back wheel starts to shake from the power / torque, you just have to ease into how much throttle you give it, even while doing that the bike is super quick and punchy, if you want to get up to max speed as fast as possible you can just pedal and wait for the assist to kick in and this thing rockets up to 27mph.Hope this helps, at first I was put off by the throttle thing but I’ve learned really quickly how to ride it well and I have no issues now

I've had the T1 eBike for several months now, overall it is amazing considering the quality and price. The construction of the bike is very solid/sturdy, while also folding into its compact size for storage or transport. The ride is very smooth and comfortable with shocks and the 16x3" wheels. (reference: I am 6'2") The disc brakes work really well. The removable battery is great feature to recharge separately. Charges fast and the distance/speed is within range. I've had a lot of fun with this ebike so far. They also sell replacement parts such as brake pads and additional battery packs. Support is awesome! A+++
