Love this bike so far! My husband bought it for me for my birthday! It’s so fun and smooth. I would only say we ordered the mint green thinking it was going to be light like the picture however, it is more of a bright mint/teal. I personally still love it but maybe fixing the picture so buyers know what they will actually be getting. Battery life is great! Love how well the pedal assist works.

I’m 5’6” 125 lbs. and this bike size is better suited for a smaller girl. Maybe good for a 7th grader or highschool girl 5’4” and under mainly because it’s a very short distance between seat and handle bars. It’s a good bike for the price and you can make it up very steep hills with pedal assist pretty easily and it won’t take off on you when you give it the throttle like my husband’s Surron (a $4500.00 e-bike). This bike is by no means a high performance bike. It does not like going over small bumps or minor holes in the road very well (this is where the cheapness of the bike really is apparent), but perfect on the streets and smooth sidewalks. I was impressed with the power of the pedal assist (you really don’t have to pedal much at all and you have a lot of power even on the lowest pedal assist). With no pedal assist and just electric getting up to 20 mph only took a few seconds. I only wish the bike was larger and a bit more expensive build. It’s very lightweight though for an e-bike.

First of all. I can tell you that the support team for this bike is excellent. Had a small glitch when I rec bike which was the fault of no one. They made it right immediately.I am 77 yrs old. Gave up horses and thought an ebike might bring me joy. I did months of research before choosing this bike. Assembly was simple. My daughter did it from a You Tube video. It’s a beautiful bike. I was sure it would be useless to ride like a regular bike.But, it rides just as well as my daughter’s $1000 plus Schwinn. But, the pedal assist is so fun. Operating it is a breeze. I read the directions. Thought about it a bit. Hopped on and took off without a glitch. It has all the bells and whistles.The digital monitor tells you everything you need to know. The basket is nice. Perfect for my small dog. I can charge my phone on it. The back rack is nice, my saddle bags clip down perfectly. For my first e-bike the price point was perfect. But, it has exceeded my expectations. All this and today was only my second day to ride it. So there’s a lot that I can’t review. But, so far, I’m a happy camper. Doesn’t replace horseback riding. But, it does make me smile.

Easy to use and see controls for both pedal assist and throttle. Speed eases up rather the jumping up so better control for me. Great features already installed include headlamp, horn, odometer, spedometer, security alarm so I didn't need to buy those extra and have to install them myself. I'm much more confident in my riding ability with this bike. I'm in my 60's and this bike has allowed me to return to an activity that I've enjoyed all my life and thought was closed to me due to age and health issues.

She pretty powerful for a first bike! Lol it was easy to put together, by myself, in about an hour. Very comfortable! However, I did change the seat. Quality is great, and price seems reasonable for Shimano. And very easy to ride too! Just adjust the seat for your height.

I had a knee replacement a year ago, so the hills have gotten very difficult. I only turn on the pedal when I need it. I love the fact that you can ride it like a regular bike. The digital speedometer is really nice. I know exactly how far I rode, along with my speed. City. The headlight is great but wish the twilight turned on and off as well. The seat is a bit uncomfortable I may end up replacing it. I love the look of the bike. Overall I love the bike it definitely exceeded my expectations.
