Wish it fit but wrong size

I bought two of them, and neither of them fits the GOESMO faucet because they are slightly too large. They are worse than the nuts that came with the faucet, which at least could be attached to the faucet (even if it does not provide a proper tight fit). I'm afraid I'll have to find a different solution.

They made it slightly too small, it won't turn. Turns out my faucet is just barely off standard size. Don't assume it's going to work, take the faucet off and test it before you end up under the sink frustrated.

I saw one of my YouTube colleagues using these. It eliminates the complicated collar many faucets come with. As a professional property maintenance tech, I have the tools to install the brass collar with the screws , but they are a real pain. I can't imagine some homeowners being able to do it. Anyway , these work great; slide your stem into the sink , counter whatever, unsnap the keeper on this collar, reach under , put the gaskets in place, wrap the collar around the faucet stem and snap back together. Now you can grasp it with your whole hand and turn it into place to tighten the faucet to the sink. Very easy no special tools, no hassle. My only negative of the product would be to include instructions, other than that Thumbs Up !

This is such a useful item to make a faucet installation a breeze, honestly. You know how cramped it is getting under a sink inside a small cabinet and then have to turn a large wrench with limited room....this eliminates all of that. Well, you still have to get under there, but this eliminated the need for the wrench and the original mounting hardware, and saved some time. If you were thinking of paying a plumber to do a faucet install, I would invest the $ in this instead and do it yourself! All faucets really should come with this easy mount instead. It could get pricey though if you need to do a 3 piece faucet.

I ordered an 18" high kitchen faucet through Amazon so I thought I would try this "faucet basin nut". It's a perfect match and looked like it was going to be super easy to use. So, I decided this was going to be a learning moment for my 20-year-old daughter. She was very enthusiastic about that, but with a little coaching, she climbed under the sink and figured out how to get the old faucet removed. Putting the new faucet in was a snap. Literally, this thing just snaps into place, then a twist snugs everything up, and all that's left is putting on the water lines. It's made from plastic, but the way this went together, I don't think that would ever be an issue. Until this is a standard issue with every faucet, It's a worthwhile purchase for any faucet it fits, just in time savings alone.

It seemed like a good idea, but the plastic threads jump right when you get it to the tightness it needs to be to keep the whole faucet from turning when you move the spout.
