This is an excellent set of ratcheting tie downs. Not only do you get 4 15' straps with an s hook on the end that also has a carabiner style closure on it to keep your hook in place but you get 4 18" soft hook straps, a couple bungee cord straps and a lanyard . I could not find the working load of these printed anywhere but the break strength is 2200lbs. Thats pretty good for a 1" strap. All this comes in a clear cover zippered bag that you can actually get the items back into without having to have some degree in packing. The ratchets themselves work well and are easy to use with the over-sized thumb release. The hooks on the straps are also larger than most of the straps in this size ,which i like a lot, now they are too big where they become useless but just bigger than the average. This set here is an outstanding value and much better than any of the big box stores sell. I own a lot of different tie downs but these have been my go to since I got them for smaller items. Most folks out there I think these would be more than enough for their needs especially with all the extra stuff you get with these.

These are nice ratchet straps, but I didn't find anything about them that is better than my big box ones, which are much less expensive. Some of the features I like are that they have a nice storage case, safety clips on the hooks, and super handy soft fabric loops. Including bungee cords is also a nice plus. If the extra features are significant, you won't go wrong with these straps

The Tank Heavy Duty Ratchet Straps are a solid value. I used these with a hand truck recently to help move several heavy pieces of furniture between floors and they worked without any issues. I've always relied on friends to supply ratchet straps, so it's nice to have a set of my own and these are great. The included storage bag plus bungee cords is also a welcome addition. Highly recommended!

For almost the past decade I had some tie down straps that I had purchased from harbor freight that were incredibly cheap, but definitely did the job at securing loads to my roof as I was moving a lot of supplies back and forth on the top of my car. Just recently we purchased I asked UV with a trailer hitch, and the other day I went out and had to get some number from Lowe's, as well as I told chest that would normally stand on wheels. I knew this was coming so I kept my eye out for a decent pair of tie down straps and these definitely fit the bill.Fun working with this connection it took me a little while to figure out that they were not as difficult as my old tie down and actually had simplified the release process dramatically. The quality of the strap was far superior to the one that I previously owned and it was clear and easy to see that the Lord was secured down as nothing moved when we were moving down the road. I don't really have a lot more to say they did their job and they did it really well, and I really don't have a point of reference to say that they're better than another brand or not because I've only had one set of tie down straps for almost a decade. I am incredibly happy with this and look forward to using them more as more projects develop.

I would call these medium duty rather than heavy duty. The ratchets are nice with plastic/rubber over the moving parts including the release lever. Both the ratchet lever and the release lever are formed as to be ergonomic and comfortable. The metal hooks are indeed heavy at over 1/4" thick. About 8mm I think. The hooks have a spring loaded tongue to keep the hook from falling free. The nylon straps are about 1" wide but fairly thin material. They come in a nice zipper carry bag that would fit well in the trunk or cargo area for emergency use.

I don't know if they actually hold up to 2200LB, but they are certainly strong enough to hold up a swing on a tree branch - which is more than the previous strap could say, since it tore in less than a year despite being primarily (though not exclusively) used by a toddler. This is easily going to hold up to that particular stress.
