Cut off the power of circuit breaker.
Install the wire from your 24 volt adapter to the “C” terminal and the other wire to the “RC” terminal. You need to use included jumper and connect from “RH” to “RC” terminals，if HVAC system has a cooling.
Plug the power adapter into the socket and turn on the power of the circuit breaker.
Install the panel on the thermostat.
For Doorbells
Keep adapter unplugged
Install wires from 24 volt adapter into the terminals for your doorbell unit (any wire can be connected to any terminal)
Plug adapter into outlet
Put doorbell face plate on housing unit
Power up and verify your doorbell is receiving necessary power using the accompanying application

I bought 2 transformer for my rings, after installed on of the ring bell keep running out of battery, the electrician re-installed it thinking that maybe installation was wrong- but problem keeps happening. Now after many attempts of trying to fix the problem it is too late to returned it.

I checked the voltage and it was 0 V so I unplugged it and cut the wire because there was a rough spot in the wire I thought maybe it was the wire. I plugged it back in and 0 V. I’m not gonna waste time sending this back and I just ordered a different one from a different company! I hope that one works!!

It’s amazing. I run the cable behind my trim into the basement. Have two of them connected to Ring Doorbell Pro and Doorbell 2. Works perfect with a great source of power. Not an issue at all. Great source for power if you don’t have access to wire it directly. Highly recommended. Not sure how anyone could have an issue with this product.
