I tried using this but the fan was loose on the shaft making a large amount of noise. I didn’t want to waste my time returning it but would not recommend it to anyone.

If your upright refrigerator has cold freezer but warm fridge, the vent between both is either clogged or most likely this original part has failed. Did little research on the symptoms and everything was calling out for bad evaporator fan. Found this part with next day delivery, installed it less then 5 minutes. This replacement part it looks and works as OEM part. The refrigerator works again for less than $30 compared more than $150 for technician visit.
