This is a mostly disappointing product.This item seems to get hot but the temperature seems to be inconsistent, sometimes it would cut through Styrofoam reasonably quickly, and then 10 seconds later it would be a slow selling process which gave me jagged uneven edges.It doesn’t come with any kind of stand so there’s nowhere convenient to set it unless you already own hot tool stands.There is no light on the actual device to indicate when it is on or off which is a design flaw and makes it somewhat dangerous.Same with the on off button on the cord, there is no light or marking on the switch so you know whether or not the hot tool is on or off.It should be simple, it should get hot stay hot and cut through Styrofoam like butter. But it doesn’t.Thumbs down👎🏼
