These are zink alloy connectors. They have set screws that accept slotted, Phillips, and Robert’s (square) drivers. The cost about the same as what I pay at my local orange store. I haven’t found any problems with them.I prefer the steel ones that I get from a local supply house for the same price.

These are great EMT set screw connectors for electrical conduit work. I couldn't find any real differences between these and a pack I picked up from the box store. Pipe hole size was correct, and the EMT inserted with the right amount of play, and I was able to tighten the locking ring into the junction boxes easily, with no slippage on the nut. I had no thread issues tightening down the connector to the pipe. Great value!

These are good quality conduit fittings. They fit well, easy to install, the screws didn't strip and they do what they are supposed to do. I will be buying these again.

Purpose for Product: Building a new 20'x20' storage building and these 1/2" EMT connectors willhelp provide the necessary infrastructure for the electrical wiring.Product Inspection: Resealable plastic bag containing 25, zinc cast 1/2" conduit connectors.The connectors are the set screw type-all the parts were present.They were no sharp burred edges observed-especially important as to thethreaded end where the wire will exit the conduit, bend and enter the box.This is the area most likely to cause a problem by cutting the insulation ofthe wire.The logo- S1 C UL US is displayed on each piece- guessing this is the ULcertification for USA.Product Performance: Installed a connector into the 1/2" KO opening of a metal box. Connectorfit as it should. Applied the nut which threaded correctly and tightenedsecurely. 1/2" conduit fit with the set screw tightening securely.Summary: This package of 25 1/2" EMT connectors should be adequate to complete the wiringof the new storage building. Could find no defects

These are good quality connectors. I inspected each piece and found no problems. All the screws and cinch rings were present and functioning alright. I'm no expert but I would guess the quality of these fittings is a residential but perhaps not a commercial grade.

Not the highest quality but super affordable and easy to install, haven't found any in the bag that don't work just fine!

I like working with EMT in my workshop as the whole thing is fabricated of metal. The boxes and conduit attach quite easily and the building makes for a nice ground. I take the time to file and burs of the ends and use plastic bushings where necessary. This pack of 25 is fairly priced and comes in a no frills bag. This brand does appear to bare the UL Listed mark.Cheers
