I used all 25 of these for a single project and they all worked really well. I used a crimp tool to gently fold the two wings over to grip 12AWG wire. Then I applied flux and soldered them in place. They took the solder really well and made an excellent bond. They look quite silver in appearance.I already have ordered another package.

I often need to rotate wires for my portable power station i built and these came in perfect! These clips hold a firm grip and out of the bag about 1 in 8 is a little funky but for the price you can’t beat it.
