I really like the weight adjustment, which makes me trust the safety. It's well made and finished to a good standard. The weights have a nice smooth surface. The holding trays are sturdy enough, too. I'd probably go for rubber-coated weights for home use though. I also like the flat weight bottoms to stop them rolling when I'm doing push-ups. And I like the ends that make it easy to hold a single dumbell for pullovers and stuff.

These weights are great. Easy to swap out with a slide pin. Secure when in use but easy to swap weight. Takes seconds. I use them more than my home gym. Comfortable and capable. Definitely recommend them for amateurs and pros alike. I got them because they were reasonably priced and I was just starting out in this fitness journey. But they are one of my favorite purchases thus far!
