Sturdy and well constructed. Heavier than I expected which is good for doing balance squats. Bonus with the yoga ball and elastic straps which I have not used yet. A good buy for the money. Comes with pump.

The air pump was broken upon arrival but I was able to get a cheap one at Walmart. Once I got it pumped up it’s been great. I can work on my balance watching TV. I’m 62 so balance to prevent falls is important.

When I ordered this 25in Half Exercise Ball (BOSU clone) I really didn't expect it to be as robust as my BOSU balls. I was wrong. This thing is built like an absolute tank. My BOSUs are probably 10 years old at this point, so things have probably changed, but they are definitely lighter-weight than this. I mean, it probably weights 20 lbs, yeah, but I mean it is *stout* in the ways you'd want it to be. The stated weight tolerance of 2000 lbs is probably "optimistic" but I'd guess 300+ lbs isn't a stretch. The included yoga ball is a nice touch, but I already have 3 inflated at any one time and probably have half a dozen that I haven't ever even inflated. I'm generally not a fan of the glossy ribbed yoga ball pattern, but that's a presonal preference. I will say that the "anti-slippery surface" is exectly what I look for in a BOSU or yoga ball, and it is very effective. With bare feet or "barefoot shoes" I've had no issue at all doing balance training on this without slipping. The anti-skid base is both super robust and functional. I have had no issues at all with it sliding around when doing various bridging movements or hands-on/feet-on planks. For Supermans, this thing is ideal - aside from planks, this is really the main thing I do with BOSUs vs a yoga ball, and I have had no issues at all with buckling or sliding or deflating. So, yeah, I'd definitely recommend. At roughly half the price of a BOSU branded "half exercise ball" this is a complete win in my book.

This body ball is over twice as heavy as the name brand one. It’s easily over 20lbs and the lack of decent handles makes it a chore to move around. The bottom has great grip(where all the weight comes from), but you will not be able to use your hands on it without added cushioning.I will be retuning for something lighter and easier to move.

This is a great large Bosu ball. I already own two,19 inch off brand Bosu balls. The 19 inch Bosu ball served me very well, yet they were a little small. On the small Bosu balls, I would easily slip off. While squatting on the small Bosu ball, my feet are too close together for comfort. I got the second small Bosu ball to help mitigate some issues of the single small 19 inch Bosu ball, mainly being able to do wide leg squats and keep my balance a little better while running in place. Yet, if I knew how much better these large 25 inch Bosu balls are, I would have bought a larger version originally.I stated above that this Bosu ball is the larger version, and I included a picture comparing this 25 inch version to the19 inch version. As a disclaimer, I never used the official Bosu ball. Yet, I have extensive experience with exercise balls and know the difference between a thick balls, and the thin ones. The rubber portion of this ball appears thick and durable. There is no reason this ball should not last 10+ years. The underside of the ball has thick rubber knobs which is comfortable to stand on even while barefoot. I love they included an air plug that is removable without a tool. On Most of these balls one needs a little plastic piece to remove the plug,. This plug has two little extensions on the side which one can grab with their hand. Many people hold on to the edges of the bottom to do push-ups. I would highly recommend against using the Bosu ball in this manner. Putting one full weight on the bottom plastic edges is how people usually break their Bosu balls. Maybe the official Bosu ball is better, yet I don’t see any way how these outside rings can be strong enough, unless they’re made from stainless steel. At 170 pounds, if I place my hands at the edges and try to do push-ups or mountain climber type moves, I experience a flex in the plastic. I have experienced this flex in all Bosu style balls, which I have tried, and one should just use a wobble board for these kinds of moves. If one performs push-ups holding the outside edges, then they may find the plastic cracked one day, or the ball may bubble out in the wrong places. The ball also included an exercise ball and a foot pump. I don’t know why most of these balls started including these junky foot pumps, when they used to include a cheap plastic hand pump which worked. I have not used the include foot pump, as these foot pumps are a hit and miss. Many times they don’t seal properly and one would have a hard time pumping anything up with these pumps. Luckily, I have lots of other pumps, and any pump with the balloon attachments can pump up this ball.Overall, this is a perfect Bosu ball. If one stands and jumps on this Bosu ball, may it be the front end or the back end, this Bosu ball should last many years. Just please don’t do pushups holding onto the edges.
