This is a great birth ball to have at the end of your pregnancy. I love that it comes with a yoga belt, peri bottle, and socks. I'm 5'6" and currently 170 lbs at 39 weeks pregnant. At first I ordered a medium ball since that was the recommended size. But after blowing it up, waiting a few days for it to stretch, and adding more air, the ball was still too small. My hips were not higher than my knees when I sat on it.I ended up returning the medium and ordering a large ball instead. The large did take longer to blow up with the foot pump, but it is much more comfortable for me to sit on. I work from home and it's replaced my desk chair these last few weeks of pregnancy!If you're on the taller end of the recommended height for the medium ball and are debating between medium and large, I'd suggest getting a large like I did.

Has everything you need to get ready for labor and postpartum! After 4 children with all natural births I consider these balls a godsend during labor as well. It has also held up to being the family dodge ball 😅

Great combo of items. I used the exercise ball almost daily in 3rd trimester, and even helped ease pain as I began early labor. Since having my baby, this ball is one of the best things i have for helping put my baby to sleep (bouncing while holding him). Plus the peri bottle was my MVP 1-2 weeks post partum. I didn’t use the socks or strap, but nice to have if needed.

Used this kit for 2 pregnancies. Amazing. Easy to pack and put away. Easy to blow up. Perry bottle is a must for labor! Exercise stuff was so helpful because its so hard to stretch properly when pregnant. Came with great instructions. It would make a nice gift to any pregnant lady! Cute little socks as a extra gift.

Best purchase for my maternity at an affordable price ☺️. I used the ball every single day what really help my natural labour it also has some exercises if you want to follow .The peri peri bottle was a life saver after labour to clean the perineum, I only used water for 2weeks and no infections, but used the peri peri bottle religiously everytime I was going to the toilet.Totally recommend.

Considering the price this turned out to be a huge disappointment. Literally just sat on it and there is a massive puncture despite being used on a clear surface, so it can only be my normal weight that’s caused it... don’t bother wasting money on the promises made, just buy a standard cheap exercise ball for half the price!

i bought this birth ball more than three months ago, yet i just opened it.i wish i tried it before the return policy ends.i am 164 c tall and got a M size which should be the correct size, however, my legs tend to be in a very wrong position when i set on it. I have purchased this item to get comfortable while seating on it but it just made my backache worsen.I really hope i could get an exchange for this item to a bigger size in order to help ease my pregnancy journey.
