The design is simple and good-looking, and the operation is simple. If you don't want to subscribe to its cloud service, you can buy a TF memory card and store all the videos on your own card, but the disadvantage is that you may be afraid that the thief will destroy or take away the entire camera. It supports motion detection, and the sensitivity is still good. It also supports audio detection, supports children's crying, or all sounds. It also supports pet commands, so people who keep pets can consider it. It also supports 24-hour all-weather recording. It also supports night vision function.I don't know if it's its problem or my phone's problem. Every time I record, there is no phone notification.

There is no doubt about it, this is a five star product in my book. All the features and capabilities for the price you can't beat. However the many minor frustrations that stack up need to be accounted for, and I associate the bulk of those issues to be software related.I chose this model over the 4K model as I have a 2K monitor and didn't want any scaling (for getting as crystal clear on my current display as possible). This camera doesn't disappoint. The picture quality is fantastic in any light condition, as it auto switches between day/night modes (no light needed). It is a little slow on switching, but that is to be expected. The Youkey App works great for the most part but all commands from the app are greatly delayed. Manual camera movements are very delayed but easily mastered with practice. Motion tracking is set to either human or pet (not both), and allows for setting a detection grid. Unfortunately, that detection grid doesn't seem to be anchored to the calibration point with the base of the camera, so the detection grid moves with the camera... Doh! Tried recalibrating but it made no difference, and instead just set the detection grid to cover the entire camera. Motion tracking also seems to focus more on sun spots in the room more than people or pets. I've mistakenly set off the alarm a few times by not changing it from Away mode to Home mode. Disabling the alarm takes about 30 seconds for the alarm to stop, frustrating because it takes so long and it's loud!I linked the camera to my Alexa and it worked fantastic... that first and only time. Every time after that, I get an immediate response from Alexa. "I couldn't connect to the camera. It took too long to respond." I messed around with it several times over the weeks and it makes no difference.I couldn't find my spare SD Cards, so I was trying to use the cloud feature for capturing videos but this feature also has not yet worked. With that said, and full transparency, I cannot validate that the SD Card option works or not either and I am operating on the assumption that it would if I had a card to put in it.Overall, this product is a bargain for what it offers at less than thirty dollars and frankly it is mostly functional. All the issues I have experienced seem to be software related and likely due to higher latency communication delays that are not currently accounted for in the current iteration of this software. I have other similar but more expensive products on the same network that work flawlessly. I am hoping that the manufacturer is still actively making improvements and releasing updates. No new updates during the time that I have had this yet.

I bought this little indoor security camera to help keep an eye on my mom, who has mild dementia. It’s been a great tool for me as a caretaker and has definitely made things a little easier.First of all, it’s a cute camera—when it’s turned off, it even looks like it’s sleeping with little closed-eye graphics. The design is really clever: the camera rotates inside a smooth spherical shell that in turn rotates on a fixed base, giving it a wide range of motion. It blends into the room nicely and doesn’t look intrusive or “techy.”Setup was a breeze. It connected quickly to our home wifi and works on both 2.4g, and 5g networks. It came with everything I needed—mounting hardware (with a drill template!), a long USB-C cable, and a plug adapter. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, just click on the link from the QR code on the info card. You can choose to record locally using a micro-SD card (not included) or sign up for cloud storage. I love that I was able to customize alerts—for people, pets, or even a baby crying—which is super helpful. If Mom needs help and I’m in another room or somewhere else on the property, I get notified right away. The pan and tilt features give a nearly 360° view. I had it on a tripod at first, but now it’s on the fireplace mantle and it captures the whole family room easily. This little camera has brought me so much peace of mind, and I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone caring for a loved one or just wanting a reliable indoor cam. It’s functional, easy to use, and surprisingly charming to look at!
