Item that we received had been opened previously. The nuts and components were loose. You could hear them rattling inside the box prior to opening. The cameras looked like they had been used and not new. The description for this item says "new." I've ordered Arlo products before. This was a different experience.

These are so trash. I had them two weeks & spent 250 plus for me not to be able to return them because the return window was closed. They do not work. Quality to see is GREAT but they are sooo trash!

Mi compra no sirvió, puesto que jamás listaron que no tienen cobertura para mi país. Algunos productos sí tienen cobertura, otros no. Este es uno de los que no tiene cobertura. Ahora tengo basura tecnológica extremadamente cara que no quieren recibir de vuelta.

El producto es muy bueno. La descripción no dice que no sirve para mexico es imposible darlo de altaTenemos la devolucion pero el correo postal de mexico no da tramite a la devolucion porque lleva baterías y ellos no la transportan que tengo que hacer.Necesito me manden una guía quiza de ups o DHL para poder regresarloDe echo ya compre lo mismo que por cierto me costo mas caro pero en una version anterior para poder conectar en mexico

Picked up this camera system to have piece of mind when I'm not around and it's excellent.Setup is super simple. Charging everything up is easy and months of battery life means not having to deal with constant recharging or connections to power. The true wireless setup made it super simple to place the cameras where I could get the best views, not where it was easiest to connect them to power.The app makes setup simple and everything connected easily to the hub. HomeKit integration was a key requirement, as I use it with numerous other devices and these Arlo cameras allow management through that central spot.Video quality is great. Even in darker environments it still looks really good and the zoom feature is nice to have at times too.I'm very happy with this camera setup and it's a great addition to the home security setup. Highly recommend it for the balance of functionality, value, and performance.

Started out trying the original Essential cameras several years ago, but was disappointed in the overall quality so they were returned and I opted to install Arlos Pro 2 package with hub when they came on the market.. MUCH BETTER. So much so that I bought a 4 camera set w/hub for my daughter's family at Christmas. Again, that was maybe 10 years ago. Absolutely NO PROBLEMS since they were new, other than needing to have extra batteries so fully charged batteries were ready to swap when cameras call for them. NOW UP GRADING TO the NEW Pro 5s XL. Adding them into my ARLO PROGRAM. MY PRO 2s, PRO 5s XL and my one special PRO GO 2 (for my horse barn) . . ALL MESH under my older hub. Looks like my daughter and her hubby are going to incorporate the PRO 5s XL's into their Arlo Pro 2 security as well. GREAT UPGRADE WITHOUT HAVING TO START OVER! HIGHLY RECOMMEND for city apartment, home or country FARM APPLICATION. Don't need to but want to UPGRADE to the Pro 5s XL.BEST BUY PRO 5s XL - 3 xl cameras plus hubAnother plus is if you go with the Arlo program you can possibly get a discount on your homeowners or farm insurance. I didn't before but I'm sure considering it now.

I bought these cameras as I know people who have them and can access the recorded footage easily and at no cost.....free, the friend's arlo cameras had an easy mount as well. This is not the case at all with these crap cameras. These cameras are heavy and the mount does not hold well and camera drops and points to ground. I was willing to work with that thinking I had good cameras with accessible recordings....not.The online subscription runs out after the date I can return them....then I find out I cannot see or access any recordings unless I pay. I already paid $800!!!!! I was lead to believe I had some cloud storage for free.Ok, so I have a USB port for storage so I will use that I'm thinking. I get that set up but find out I can never access any recordings when I am away from home. So if I am not home and not same internet as my Arlo system, I cannot see any recordings even when a person is detected at my house. No mic ability or sound eitherThese cameras are USELESS to me and NOT worth the $800.I would like to get my $800 back since all of this became evident after my return window expired. This was by design of course
