It's very good at counting out the exact number of cards. I was worried it would occasionally miscount, but so far that hasn't happened.The instructions are very hard to follow.It's too easy to accidentally start dealing. Only the play button should start the dealing process. Virtually every button acts as the "start dealing" button when you're not in options mode. It's pretty frustrating.

If your hands aren’t working as well as they used to (or injured), this makes card shuffling and dealing quick and easy. Overall just a cool device. Found the buttons to deal in a specific direction pretty useful when playing with others. Pretty pricey though, but absolutely would be an awesome gift for the right person. Manual was not super well translated but not too bad to figure out.

Software/Firmware code bug. Malfunctions continuously for any more than three players. Not updatable. Not repairable per manufacturer communications.This product has great potential. However, a software/firmware code bug causes it to malfunction continuously for any more than three players. Randomly deals cards in odd locations and does not distribute individual card requests properly as it should with the remotes.Cardspin Customer Service has been satisfyingly responsive; though they not followed through on offer to replace the unit with a 100% functioning unit. Not sure why not. I’ve asked for a revised/properly working unit and they have only offered me $10 for the inconvenience, then 25%, and a couple times they said I could keep the machine, no need to send it back and they will issue a refund. Then, they do not follow through with their commitment.Unfortunately I must return the product as it does not function as designed, Cardspin is unable to fix the problems and has not followed through on replacing the machine with a properly operating unit.Cardspin: At this time, this is not even a 1-star product. If you fix the software/firmware bugs, you’ll have a 5-star product. Once you’ve solve the problems, please advise and I’m happy to look at your product again!

I have been shopping around for a card shuffler which can also deal cards. The CARDSPIN 2-in-1 Automatic Card Dealer & Shuffler work perfectly with both functions available. The set up is very easy. We can program the number of players and the cards being dealt per player. I have been using it a few times in parties and everyone is enjoying it. A nice investment to elevate the enjoyment of our card games

We used the card shuffler for Spades and Sequence. It's a fast way to shuffle and deal. It can shuffle 2 decks of cards at at time, and can deal any number of cards once you set the number of players.

Bought the card shuffler and dealer combination.. Works fantastic !!! Only can shuffle 2 regular decks at one time, but the dealing feature is well worth it. Built in battery easily handles an evening of card playing. Would recommend it for all card playing enthusiasts. Easy to program and operate.
