My son and his girlfriend have two good-size cats. I was a little worried this might not be strong enough but this works for them (only one at a time) so I would recommend.

We've had some window perches for awhile for our two cats. They've worked fine, until they get dusty and just need to be cleaned off. It's always fun when a cat is laying on them, and the perch gives way.. Regardless, I came across this, and saw how fluffy it was, and figured it would be great for the cats. The instructions aren't bad, and are pretty straight forward to assemble. Basically, you attached the metal poles, then fasten them to the wooden frame of the perch with the screws it has. An Allen wrench is included to crew them in. From there, you end up attaching the suction cups, and then you actually zip on the top fluffy part. That was a little tricky to do myself, so it might be good to have another person help you stretch it across while the other zips it up.It stuck just fine to our window, and our cats quickly found a new home. Whenever I head down to the basement, I can usually find one of our cats snoozing on it. Shows it was a great choice in my mind! Right now it's $35 with a coupon, and that's a great deal for this. I think it's well built, and should last a good long time. It's very comfortable, and I can see why my cats love it.

I was trying to get a thorough review - hopefully with delightful cat photos, so I put this together, attached it to the windows right where the sun would hit it...and neither of my cats will use it.On the plus side, it was easy to put together, soft (my cats loved the bed part when it was on the floor), and looks nice. The suction cups seem to be strong and like they'll hold my not lightweight cats, at least one at a time.but I think my cats don't like it because there's nothing beneath the cloth, so it doesn't feel stable to them. Couldn't keep them off the hammock part when it was on the floor, can't get them on it when it's attached to the window. On the plus side, the hammock part makes a fantastic easily movable cat bed, so it's not a loss, just a different use!

This cat bed has luxury/pampered pet written all over it. Although the instructions were a bit difficult to follow at first, the assembly was otherwise easy.It can be affixed two different ways - suction cupped to the window or (as pictured) by positioning the feet against the wall and tightening the pins. Since I have very thin, single- pane windows I opted to not rely on the window itself and it feels very sturdy. It's an excellent price, I paid a few dollars more for a similar perch several years ago and it wasn't near as nice or sturdy as this one.I'd give it 5 stars but both of my cats have been hesitant to use it for some reason. Other than my finicky cats, it's a really good deal.

Edit 3/14/25:Sadly, this bed did not live up to its max weight limit. One cat, weighing in at about 9 lbs was laying in the bed and was joined by his sister, a petite 7 lbs. There was a strange cracking noise and one of the support brackets broke in half. I realize it could have been a week point in the wood, but this would probably be better built of oak or alder - something with some structural integrity. Luckily, neither cat was hurt and the window glass wasn't broken, but it's disappointing nonetheless.Original: I admit that I was skeptical about a cat bed that attaches to a window via suction cups. Well, I didn't need to be.This bed is really cool. It's a frame with a super soft bed that zips on and off for easy cleaning (let's face it - if it's soft and nice, someone will feel the need to hack up a hairball on it). The wood pieces are sanded so there are no splinters. They're pine and unfinished, so if you're worried about it, give themba couple of coats of non-toxic sealer. I didn't but may soon.It took me about three minutes to assemble. I cleaned the window really well and stuck the bed up. The suction cups are insanely strong. The only thing that gave me pause is that it's difficult to tighten down the knobs that hold the frame to the sides (and suction cups) and the bed flipped forward a bit when the first cat got into it. With enough brute force, though, I was able to get them tightened so they were holding. The best part is how much the cats like it. They were all taking turns getting into and out of it. One in particular is in absolute love with it. I may buy a couple more and try to figure out how to mount them on the wall. That's how much they love it!

This window seat for cats works great for us. I’ve been looking for one that is soft and fluffy that has suction cups, and this is it! The material unzips for washing. It was easy to put together, comes with instructions that aren’t the greatest, but they worked. You can fit this into your windowsill, too, instead of using the suction cups, but it didn’t fit in ours. The suction cups are very big and screw into the frame. My 9 lb cat easily fits on this with plenty of extra room.
