This cat window hammock is great. It has not slipped at all from my window, and it is super sturdy. As shown I have one large Savannah cat that weighs almost 20lbs and another that is around 10, and it can hold both of them easily, even when they are fighting or jumping into it from a chair below. So it's claims that it can hold 35lb are definitely true. In addition to being strong and sturdy, it folds up when not using it so I can just close the curtains right behind it. This thing is an awesome cat hammock, and highly recommended

This is amazing!! The instructions are very clear, and as long as you follow the steps, it'll stay great. Mine had been up about for weeks now which is way better than other brands. Highly recommend!!!

I was really excited to get this bed because it would make the third wall in our Carolina room have a new perch for her. When I took it out of the box the oily scent was really overwhelming on the macramé bed, and I had to hang it outside in the trees for about a week. Then I had to spray it with Lysol fabric refresh for three or four days and leave it hanging outside. I don’t think she’s too thrilled with that. My husband and I were not too thrilled with putting it together. There’s no directions. I had to look it up online to see how other people were going about it. There was also some hardware that was left out of ours, and we had to go through that drawer in the house that everyone has where they throw all the extras in from other projects to find some things to use to actually put it together. When we hung it on the window I put a small Swedish table under it so that she could jump there and then onto the bed. At her first entrance into the bed she was stepping very gingerly and I do not think she liked the knots at all that were tied for the bed itself. She didn’t try to pad or sit down, just made a quick getaway. I cut some fleece fabric and put on it to make it a little more uniform and not so hard and knobby and that seemed like it worked a little better. She has not been using it consistently, which is why I do not have a picture of her in it, but we have caught her a few times on that side of the room, looking out rather than just sitting on that table, trying to peer over the edge of the window. I am glad we got it, but I do not think it is what she wanted us to get. The suction seems fine on the window; I believe it will stay up there. I used one woman’s recommendation of getting them warm and turning the cups completely backwards and then placing them on the glass rather than pushing them on to the glass. It looks nice for what it is. I just really don’t think it’s for our family.

I was skeptical that 4 suction cups could hold a 14 lb cat, but so far it is doing well. Our cat likes it when the sun is shining on it, so it gets uses several times a week. Make sure that you clean the glass and suction cups very well and it will hold. We will see how it does when temps drastically, but as of now it's been several weeks of stability.

I'll start with the most important thing first: my cat LOVES this window perch. He is a big boy (14 lbs) and very, very long, and the bed holds him quite securely. It's nice and roomy for a bigger cat. I would say to make sure you follow the directions that are in the product description here on Amazon. My teenage son decided to put this together without waiting for me (he loves to open packages), and while it was easy to assemble, the suction cups didn't stick to the window at first because he didn't follow the directions to soak the suction cops in hot water for five minutes. Once we did that, the suction cups stuck, and the bed worked well. My cat is happy, and so am I.

The kitties favorite place. I have two younglings that my kids brought home- feral little beasties. One was old enough to have been hardened by living alone and making it surrounded by predators - who enjoys watching out the window- but never steps out. The other was found on our driveway likely still needing to nurse who has more of an adventurous streak and runs at every opportunity. The first, the black make, Tum-Tum has missing claws and front teeth. The second a gray female is an imp. This gives them a comfortable safe place to satiate some of that outside curiosity. A place out of sight from my younger two who simply love the kitties. ( they each found one- the cat distribution system can be crazy). It was very easy to assemble. But the directions lack- I found them a bit difficult to use since the words are minimal and it came wrinkled and creased. Making orientation difficult to ascertain from the tiny pictures. It has been up for weeks and it doesn’t budge- the toy has been pulled down several times a day since mounting. It can fold up- but the kitties just jump at it claws bared to drag it back open.

I LOVE the design of this window seat. It is very funky & boho style & not tacky or cheap looking.I always have issues finding window seats because I have some "big-boned" cats. This one is perfect! It has 4 large suction cups and is very sturdy. The material is thick, but still moldable.I love that it folds up so that I am able to lower the blinds and not have to take it off only to put it back up the next day...that tends to get annoying. The only complaint I have is that the directions are horrible and the QR code to the video does not work.*For size comparison, the cat in the photo is 16lbs....I told you they were "big-boned". Lol. It can hold one hefty cat or 2 normal sized cats.
