Not very proficient. Does not clean out core totally and the apple corer doesn’t work at all. Not very strong. Just a little apple it has a hard time with.

I try to buy seedless mini peppers because the seeds give me so much grief, sticking to everything, BUT, when I do get ones with seeds, this will be useful. Now, I've only tried a few mini peppers with the little corer, but it definitely worked. Which also means I had far less run away seeds. Obviously, it won't work on all mini peppers because some can be really, really, really mini, but it should work on most of them. It will take a little more force to get it through the top pf the pepper as it is plastic, but it wasn't difficult. It's also nice and compact, so won't take up a lot of space in the drawer.

It works well to core Jalapeno and red, yellow, and green papers. It is pretty easy to use. When using on a jalapeno, I would recommend wearing gloves and glasses as the juice of the pepper squirted in my eye!It's plastic but didn't bend when used so the build quality is nice.The size is a little awkward, as they fit together nicely, but take up a lot of room in the drawer.
