I wear contacts so I have to be careful how much I touch jalapeños. This tool helps get the seeds & veins out without me having to touch. Love this tool. We use it alot

Takes some practice and then it is okay but certainly not easy. They are not that sharp which is why it’s not too easy. A lot of scraping is needed.

Some folks don't like all of the heat from jalapeños and other peppers. I am able to core them out and able to cut down on the peppers and get the hot seeds. Real progress in satisfying diners .

I like the ease of use and the twisted blade really helps, however I can't clean out the jalapeno all the way to the bottom and the serration really shreds up the inside. The metal also bends a bit at the handle so be careful!

I usually cut my jalapeños length-wise and use a spoon. This tool worked really well leaving them whole when scraping and was so simple. I even ordered two more for gifts.
