Although I have not used this product yet, I will say the quality of the product is really good. I do like the the fact it had buckles to keep the box closed. It will be used for proofing my artisan pizza dough. It will easily fit 8 dough balls for a 10 inch pizza. I bought the twin pack too because if we are making pizzas for a group of people we will have plenty of dough. It is nice that the boxes stack. The first dough is always the practice dough in the woodburnng outdoor pizza oven. Always plan on having one extra dough for this.If you can, when having a pizza party buy a dough press and have your guests prep their own dough and toppings. Make sure to explain how to dress your pizza with its toppings. We usually do this while eating a salad before making pizzas. Our company always have fun making their own. We do however bake the pizzas in the pizza oven for our guests.

Zero stars. Have fought these boxes for four months and have finally put them in the rubbish.They are not airtight, always have to use plastic wrap between box and lid to achieve better seal.The hinged lid is a major pain, difficult to clean with that connection.Way too many crevices on outer sides trapping water, extremely difficult to dry.

Very nice proofing box….the dough cutter, whisk and mat were just extras…It’s worth the purchase just for the box..high quality feel to it nice and flat on the bottom and shuts nice. I will be ordering another one…I have 6 dough balls 270 grams proofing right now

Have not used this yet but the quality is great. I fo not give 5 star reviews because I do not read them. Some folks say they do not like how the lid latches. I do have trouble finding where they are, they blend in well but they are not hard to open.I have yet to make pizza do so this is my first proofing box but I feel it is worth the price paid and have no regrets with this purchase.
