These are sturdy backrests! They are well built, the wood was nice and smooth without any splintering or knots or warping. I don't personally use these for a sauna, rather just as back support for flair ups for my bad back, and it has been very handy in those moments to provide some much needed support.

These are wider than the other one we have and better made. It's smooth and the S shape is spot on. There are fake leather wrapped ends that I'm really liking. It keeps the back from sliding around and probably it's best thoughtful feature. It's made of joined wood instead of one single piece, I'm just hoping it doesn't come apart but otherwise this is the nicest set of two. It's just so nice to slide these on the bench to get the prefect angle to relax

I LOVE that someone is always thinking! These are great and I would never have thought about having something to support my back in the sauna!I like the construction of the wood and they way the rest against the wall and the seat. Thought of use went into the design. Keeps your back open to the air and heat, even though you're leaning on it.My back does need support and these are curved just right! My back is so much happier. We have a large family size sauna. We may have to order more. All I can say today is one of these are mine!I would buy more of these.

When these arrived, I was certain that they would be uncomfortable. My first thought was that they looked like some posture correction punishment device, but they were surprisingly comfortable and supportive. They provide nicely curved back support and protect the cedar walls of my infrared sauna from oil and perspiration stains, and allow me to rest my back anywhere without worry of burns from the metal heat openings. They are sized perfectly for my two-person sauna, and two of them can be placed along the long wall for two-person seating, or a single on along the short end if one person is stretching out on the bench. They are smoothly sanded all over, although there was one gouge in one of the backrests which had to be present before packaging because the excellent packaging prevented such damage from transit. The non-slip “pads” are really just a strip of rubber material stapled on each end. It serves its purpose, but does not look durable.Overall, I like these KlenzMate S-shaped Wooden Backrests for use in my infrared sauna. The non-slip material on either end protects the sauna’s soft cedar interior, and resists slippage in use. They are more comfortable than using no backrest, and they protect the sauna from the users, and the users from the sauna.

👍🏼 great 👍🏼 built with comfort in mind, great in the sauna! 🧖♂️ I had no issues with it and it was better than burning my back on the bench.

As a Vine Reviewer, I had the opportunity to try this backrest for free, which made the decision easy. But if you're on the fence about purchasing one, I can confidently say it's worth the cost.Adding this wooden backrest to my sauna setup has completely transformed the experience. Sitting straight up for long sessions was far from relaxing, but now I can lean back and truly unwind. The curved design provides excellent lumbar support, and the smooth finish is very comfortable. A nice feature is the padded ends, which keep it stable and in place.Pros:+ Comfortable+ Well-made+ Low odor (I love the natural wood scent; same as the sauna itself)Cons:- Only available as a two-pack (check other options if only one is needed)- Could be pricey for some, but the quality makes it worth itHighly recommend!

The wood is nice and smooth- the first thing I checked was to make sure that the wood wouldn't give me splinters. It's very well sanded.The little pleather pads on the ends keep the back rest from sliding on the bench or wall.These make my sauna so much more comfortable to use! I have a lot of back pain and I used to struggle to find a comfortable position in my sauna and often ended up just laying down on the bench, but these are very comfortable to recline against. Now I can easily enjoy a magazine in comfort while using my sauna.Highly recommend!

These fit perfectly in my Dynamic 2 person sauna. Up until now, I’veBeen having to sit straight up. Which isn’t that fun after working out for an hour and then sitting straight up in the sauna for 30 minutes. So now I can relax. And lean back. On either end, or the back. I like the padded ends to keep it from sliding. And the wife really likes these. She didn’t like sitting up straight for thirty minutes, either. And the curve for the lumbar fits perfectly.
