RV BRASS WINTERIZE ADAPTER
- Product description: Brass for corrosion resistance, high temperature ductility and low magnetic permeability with high strength and hardness for longer life. Common Size: Compatible with standard 3/4 inch garden hose thread and 1/4 inch air compressor quick-connect commonly found in North America.
- Tips: Red Plastic-covered lever handle for on/off manual control. For vehicles winterizing - working pressure is about 25-30psi. For garden hose winterizing - working pressure is about 45-55psi. For long-time runs - stop and let the air compressor cool off every few minutes.

I wondered why it included Teflon tape. When I got it was assembled but loosely. The tape helped seal everything up. I did have to tighten everything including valve nut but sold once tight. 3 gaskets included are good thickness. Would suggest for other buyers

I installed this ball valve between the cold-water supply under my kitchen sink and the line leading to my refrigerator icemaker. Now I can shut off the water to the icemaker without impacting the rest of the house.

Bought this to use as the control valve on the filtered water line that feeds into my Keurig. we use it several times a week to fill the tank and it works great. the water line is secured to the all, and with that, this valve can be operated one-handed.

These work well. The only issue i had was the quick connection did not match my air lines. Made an adapter to make it work.Other than that, it is a good product at a good price.

Really happy with this item. I use it to blow out two large sprinkler systems. The valve built into this device is air tight so I can keep the system tap open and compressor running when the compressor needs to recompress by using the built in lever/valve.

We have two Hoselink 82ft Retractable Hose Reels which are awesome but pricey. We didn't want to risk them getting damaged if and when the temperature got below freezing. I also have a 3 gallon pancake compressor in my shop in the garage. We ran the air hose over to the window next to the hose reel and connected the garden hose to the air line with this blow adaptor. We opened the air valve and within 5 seconds, no more water in the hose. This product is awesome. If you have the air compressor, get this adaptor and enough air hose to reach your garden hose and just like that, you will have removed the water from the hose, ready for winter.
