First, the only way to get the items out of the original box was to tear it apart. Second, these letters are impossible to use in the holders. On the smaller size, the letters do not fit in the holder without having to further trim the letters down on all sides and then they slide in sideways. The only way to then remove them is with some serious force. On the larger size, they fall out as the holder is too big. Given that I had to rip the box apart to access the letters and holders, I don’t feel comfortable returning them, but a complete waste of money, and very difficult if not impossible, to use.
