I ordered these deep fryer baskets to use in my commercial deep fryer. They fit great and do a great job at cooking food. The metal used to make these baskets is nice and thick; these baskets have some weight to them. They are definitely commercial grade so they should last for several years. The price is significantly lower than what my restaurant supplier charges.
