I am not a small person (where this is inserted) but it is large even for me. The qr code with exercises does not come up to show the exercises, but I figured out one exercise to do with it from Google. They are very large and I am not seeing a result except that it definstely causes internal stretching , I got it to help with latency and lack of muscle strength due to having several children and weak pelvic floor and aging was hoping it would help with tightening but can't see how it is helping as it is so big and lack of info on exercises.

Nada mal para el precio. No olvides comprar un lubricante porque si son un poco gorditas y duele al quererlas introducir. De resto todo va bien por el momento

I don't know much about these type of balls. I was always told that these help to strengthen a woman's Kegel muscles for sex. Now ready up on other benefits on to why these little balls are important, is that of bladder control. I wouldn't recommend sleeping with them in but you can do any house chores for an hour or so. After, I wash them and hang them in my bathroom out to dry naturally. They are slightly different to put in, I suggest oral coconut oil or a natural, non harmful lubricant on the outside lips and inside for an easier side. The pull string, which makes it so easy to remove, can be found right there. Really it's not that much difference in size of a vibraitor. Yes, I would recommend this.

Decent quality balls, comfortable to wear. I thought the plastic strap that hangs out might be uncomfortable but you don't even feel it.The stem between the balls is a bit long, and this makes the overall size long. By no means am I small or shallow down there, but at times I struggle getting it all the way in and staying there. The stem also isn't solid, so it will bend as you try putting it in. Some finagling gets it set in right and then it stays put.I was only expecting one item but this actually came with two of the same ball set.Overall for the price and function it's a good product.
