This was purchased to replace a blown ignition coil on a 2005 KAF 620 Kawasaki Mule 3000. The coils themselves seem to be ok-ish - they read correctly ohm-wise, anyway. I am still having issues with a blown CDI, too, so ... I can't verify that they actually fire, BUT... what I DO know is that the spark plug caps on these are WRONG. The spark plug that the Mule calls for has a solid terminal on the end. These are designed for a spark plug with a threaded terminal stud. Not only that, but one of them is so loose, that even if you DO use a threaded terminal plug, the plug just falls right out of the boot!I am giving these a three-star instead of a more deserved two-star only because, as long as your original boots are ok (and they usually are since this type does not utilize a resistor in the cap), you can unscrew these boots off and thread your old boots on.Do with this information what you will... :shrug:
