My daughter loved painting it and using it as a night light. It would be nice if it came with a plug in cord so we didn't have to keep putting new batteries in it.

Very cute project with the granddaughters 10 and 6. They painted and decorated the puppies and used them as their night lights on our sleepover. They loved them. Gave 4 stars cuz a couple of paint colors were empty but still plenty of color choices and stickers. Night light was just the right brightness. Recommend, fun and practical

I bought this for my 7 year old grandson as an activity for us to do together. I like it for a few reasons: First, because it’s an easy craft without a bunch of pieces or steps. You just take out the dog and paint and get started. Next, I appreciate that it’s something he can use every night. He uses it at his bedside for a night light. It’s not just a craft that gets pinned to a bulletin board then thrown away. It has a function so it has value. I’m always looking for simple toys or activities that we can together that will engage my grandchildren. This was a good addition to my grandma bag of tricks. I believe it was a good value for the money too.

This is a nice crafts kit. It contains the lamp to be painted and some paints, paintbrushes and a palette. The paints they provide are not the best but if just given to kids it wouldn't matter much. I used my own paints which I already had, and I think this produced a better result. Overall it's a nice craft to do at home and the kit gives you everything required. it would make a good gift or just as a rainy day activity.

Gave it as a gift. Adorable little project. Only thing I didn’t like was the box wasn’t very appealing/didn’t explain much - so giving as a gift I was scared they wouldn’t know what it was / didn’t look very exciting. Otherwise great gift though.
