The roller was working great until it broke after the 4th usage. The docker seems to be build better.

At first I was afraid that the rollers were going to be too small, but honestly they work great for rolling out homemade or from-a-box mixed dough. Since you want a crust with a little bid of a lip on the edge in most cases, this smaller roller is perfect where a larger rolling pin would make the crust all uniform to the edges. The two sizes of this roller make it easy to roll out the dough and get that little bit of a lip at the end. Then, the hole roller adds perforations to the crust like you see in many pizzeria pizzas. I'm not a trained chef, but I believe the holes allow the crust to cook through more evenly and a little bit quicker than without the perforations. If you're using a high-temperature pizza oven I think this is a little more important since the pizzas will coon FAST in one of those.These are of high quality and easy to clean. We hand wash ours instead of putting them in a dishwasher but we do that with all of our wooden kitchen tools.Overall these work great, are exactly as advertised, and a good value for the money and a great gift for any pizza lover.

Since I bake bread and make my own pizza dough as well, I thought I should order one of these dough dockers, and I am glad I did. this are pretty nice, and the docker is very spiky, and helps aerate my dough to help my crust bake up a little better. The only thing I noticed was that because of the spikes, it was a little hard to clean the docker thoroughly, but it isn't that bad. Overall, if you bake, you should have one of these.

Works nice for when I just can't get the dough to shapen into a round. Still getting huge air bubbles despite using the spikey roller. Good set to have though.
