This is the first time I’ve ever used one of these types of pans. I’ve always used metal pans. It’s probably my fault, but my cakes came out very under done. I probably won’t use these pans anymore. I have better results with metal pans.

Made corn bread so far. Worked great. Easy to clean. Just will recommend you place it on a cookie sheet before pouring your batter because since it's soft silicone you'll have trouble transferring once full.
