I was not impressed with this pan. Got this to bake a cake for my daughter's birthday. I kind of guessed and floured the pan and filled in 2/3rd full. Name calls it a unicorn pan, however no horn. So, I had to get something separately to make up for the horn. Here are my thoughts on this product:- Its good, but a little too flexible- Hard to put in the oven without it folding on itself, a little bit more sturdy would have worked better- No fill line, so you are kind of guessing how much batter to put to achieve your desired thickness.- Does not come with any directions, whether you need to grease it, flour it? How is it non-stick?- Don't be fooled by the picture like me, its a much smaller pan so you get a smaller cake.- Pre-bake it to release all the plasticky smell.- Easy to clean

This is the best unicorn cake pan. Spray and flower and fill about 2/3 full and you will have the perfect unicorn cake! I dyed the icing and ordered a horn and eyelash cake decorating kit. Get this!

This unicorn cake mold worked PERFECTLY and definitely recommend. I agree with the other reviews regarding putting the mold on top of a cookie sheet when baking. I lightly coated with butter and swift with flower and the cake just popped right off after cooling.

Mold was advertised. Was a little wobbly while filled with batter. Used butter to prevent sticking and made a perfect impression and easy to clean.I did pre-bake it at 480 for 15 minutes before using it to get the smell out.

This silicone mold was perfect for my daughter's birthday. A few tips: 1. Grease and dust the mold with flour so nothing sticks to the details. 2. Place on a baking pan before filling so you can transfer in and out of the oven easily. 3. Increase bake time because it is much thicker than a regular round pan. 4. Wait for the cake to completely cool before removing from the mold. Hope this helps!

So I’ve never used silicone bake wear before so this was a learning curve. I used a lot of butter so my cake wouldn’t stick to it. I had to use a cookie sheet to transfer it from the counter to the oven but when the cake was cooked it was much easier to relocate to cool. And one flip upside down on a plate, it came right out. I am no baker as ya can tell by the horrendous decorating of the cake but it tastes a lot better then it looks lol now to try and figure out why the icing was so runny, I’m going to try this again 😛

Cut the horn off and you have a pony. Change the colors to make it look diffetent each time. There are a few options with this pan.It is a little thin so you need to put it on a cookie sheet. It's also a smaller cake. That is what I wanted. For reference; I used my recipe for a single layer cake so a little more than half a box mix will do it. Us the leftover mix for cupcakes. I started a new tradition of putting the birthday candles on a cupcake to be blown out. That keeps germs off the cake everyone eats.I was in a real hurry but covering it with stars and adding a few swirls was quick and easy enough to get this done fast.So if you want a smaller cake, and keep in mind that it is a little thin, I would recommend this.I'd give it 4.5 stars but that's not an option so I rounded up.
