I used a firewood rack kit to make a table and a step stool. Thinking I’d be using the step stool inside only, I used framing 2x4s instead of ground contact lumber. I waterproofed it with a sealer, but that is no match for the pea gravel area I wind up using it in, so I added these vinyl feet to keep the legs looking great.Fit is perfect and they are clear. Good value and highly recommend!

Work well enough on my 2x4's that I bought from the hardware store. It certainly was a tight fit, but that also means it will stay on. I needed it for a shed but an area that can get wet too. So this protects the 2x4's I have in my shed. I actually like them, and they work for what I needed. I also like they are clear so you can see if there is anything going wrong with the wood, like mold, or water damage. It's working well so far!

Not usable for my application- sized for metric and doesn't quite work for US sizes. While it goes on fine and stays on, there's gaping that would allow water to fill the cap if used cap-down which is what I need it for.
