The 'handle' to lift the top lid on the maker I got is not pictured as advertised. The 'handle' on the top lid is a molded one piece which marries up flush with the bottom half leaving no gap or anything to grasp when opening the top. Result is burnt fingers. The plates don't pop out easily as advertised and kids can't easily use it, they will burn their fingers. I'm very disappointed and will be returning or disposing of it.

I do like it however the lip to open is very small and burns my fingers and also says non stick and it sticks. I do use spray but it says you don't need it

Buyers, please be aware this is NOT compatible with Dash plates!! I thought I was buying a Dash mini waffle maker, but this is not a Dash. I bought some Dash grill plates that I thought I could change out but the Dash Official plates are a different shape. I'm sorely disappointed as I bought this specific model for the donut plates. the donut plates seem very cute. I hope this product will be worth the 3 stars I am giving before even cooking with it.

So easy to clean up. Plates are machine washable. Still small and super easy to use. Great price and fast delivery.
