One side of the tape is inches and other is centimeters, which is standard for tape measures. The retractable feature is not too good, once I pull all tape out and it was hard to put it back. Over all, fine quality for the price.

Today’s clothes are all different shapes and sizes… I kept one in my purse so I can measure the waist, length, or width of anything. I love the colors and retracts by the push of a button. (My husband ruined my last one) I now have replacements or great stocking stuffer.
