These are awesome. They come without butane but are easy to fill and emit a powerful wind proof flame. Quickly lit my grill and fire pit. Much higher quality than the price would imply.

Whether expensive or cheap all butane lighters use the same mechanism for ignition and they all break. Why pay more?They have a very good flame and are wind resistant. Great for lighting bowls or cigars.Update 2Just got 3 more. And the free survival lighter is cool too. So far so good.

Only one of the four works correctly! Two of them won’t light as the internal hose is not connected. One is sporadic in its ability to lightAnd the only one that works is a large flame.Also filling is not as easy as it should be. It tooka few different tips to get it to fill. And $10 in wasted butane because 2 of them are full but won’t light …BUY SOMETHING ELSE!

I wish I knew whether it was the lighters or the fuel that causes the issues, bc I don't want to blame them for someone else's problem. BUT they only light and stay lit some of the time. I bought a whole case of butane that claimed to be high quality and clean burning, but the lighters don't stay lit and only light about one out of five times. They're cool and you can see the level of fuel, which I really like. I'll try some new fuel and update the review if that's the problem.
