I have two wooden bannetons and one other silicone banneton. I always choose the silicone banneton over the wooden ones because it is so easy to use. I hate messing with flour that inevitably burns in the oven. I got these silicone bannetons as extras since I typically make multiple loaves of dough, cooking one and setting the others in the fridge so I can have fresh bread all week. They work fabulously. I'm not sure why the spiral pattern doesn't cover the bottom of the bowl, but my bread still turns out beautifully all the same. I put these in the dishwasher without issue. A great product for a weekly bread maker!

The color of this bin is ADORABLE. The material is sturdy enough to not collapse on you while something is in it. The ability to collapse makes it super nice for small kitchens.

Ok to use in a pinch but I prefer the solid bannetonsas they hold their shape better than these as they can get smoothed while cold proofing in fridge. The product itself is fine, just my personal preference to use the solid ones.
