Lately I have been on a bread making kick so I purchased this. I love how the proofing bowls easily get pushed down for storage. The extra scoring knife, brush, dough whisk , Bread lame and metal scraper are added bonus!The scraper is a perfect size that isn’t too big or small. I like how the shape fits perfect in my small hands lol.I am giving it a 4 star because there was no instructions on how to assemble the blades. Other than that this was a great buy!
