I used these brackets to install a safety handrail in my elderly mother in law’s garage. It came with all the parts necessary for installation. There are one and a quarter inch screws for the wall and three quarter inch screw for the rail. The brackets are powder coated black and are very solid. It was easy to install them as there is plenty of clearance for getting you drill or driver into position. I wouldn’t call these decorative but I think they look pretty good.

These are nice and strong pieces of hardware. They do not look particularly flashy or high end given their construction but the metal is heavy and stiff.I did not really put much though into it but these do not have a swivel hinge at the top where it meets the hand rail so you will be mounting these at an angle which is less than ideal. It means you really need to pay attention to the install because you will not be hitting more than maybe 1-2 screws into a stud.
