I purchased these to replace the one my son was using for his vision therapy. The elastic came unattached from the first two within a day or two of use because the elastic would slide out. For the 3rd one I used the elastic to thread the old vision therapy string through the ball and it has last much longer. These definitely need a better attachment because the elastic won’t stay knotted and easily slides out.

This is cheating. What is shown in the pictures is not delivered.I ordered after looking at the pictures where it shows that the string can be tied in the ball manually.But what I received is, the string is in-built attached to the ball and there is no threading hole in which I can re-tie the string if it is broken.This kind of ball-attached-string breaks within 70-80 shots and ball becomes useless after that.

This is so good to be able to play solo. I purchased the one with the string attached to a base and that worked perfectly until it broke so I bought this. The only thing with this is that the string coils around the ball on the way back and sometimes makes it hard to get the next shot. But other than that. Good replacement.
